• Your yard is clutter-free
• Driveway and/or walkway is free of cracks or uneven spaces
• Lawn is well-maintained and free of bald/discoloured spots
• Windows and exterior walls are clean
• All exterior paint (including the front door) is kept up and not chipping
• Eaves and downspouts are clean and in working order
• Decks/patios are clean and clutter-free
• Ensure all outdoor lighting works
• Windows/doors are properly caulked
• Gates (if you have them) are well-oiled
