The use of online resources has proven to be an asset for homebuyers, as laid out in the 2013 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers report.
So how does the Internet come into play during homebuying? Here’s some notable trends:
• 42% of homebuyers start by looking online for properties
• 92% of homebuyers use the Internet at some point in the home search
• 12% of buyers used online recommendations when searching for an agent
