The City of Calgary’s Development & Building Approvals department recently released an infographic that gives us some insight into the development our city saw in 2013. Here are some of the highlights:
• 4500+ development permits were approved
• 18,800+ building permits were approved
• 2.83 people move to Calgary every hour
• 124,000 new Calgarians are expected over the next five years
• 264,700+ property inspections were completed
