As the majority of evacuated residents are now allowed back in their homes following the flood, the City has issued some important information and instructions to follow.
First thing to do, is to find the information centre in your community, and check-in there:

Bridgeland – 917 Centre Ave NE – Hours: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Cliff Bungalow/Mission – 2201 Cliff St SW – Hours: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Elbow Park – 800 34 Ave SW – Hours: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Inglewood – 1740 24 Ave SE – Hours: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Montgomery – 5003 16 Ave NW – Hours: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Rideau/Roxboro – 4013 Stanley Rd SW – Hours: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Sunnyside – 1320 5 Ave NW – Hours: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Westmount/West Hillhurst – 120 23 St NW – Hours: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Once you arrive home, do a self-assessment. *If you have water in your basement, above electrical outlets, leave immediately.
If you can get into your home, self-assessment includes identifying any critical services you require. If you are in need of something, post a letter-sized notice in your front window with bold text outlying the need.
