When it comes to selling your home, staging it the right way to appeal to buyers, is a great tactic that can work in your favour. If you can’t afford the help of a professional designer or home stager, here are some easy tips.
Wall Colour: avoid bright colours, avoid browns, etc. Good choices are charcoals, creams and grays. Even better, paint your walls white because then the potential buyers can imagine it as a blank slate.
Furniture: if your furniture is very weathered and outdated, either slipcover it or hide it (or get rid of it). Keep furniture minimalistic, again, to give the blank slate feeling.
